You are energized with good health on all levels - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Feel

You take care of yourself. You take the steps necessary to keep your body in good health. You now
make every effort to eat healthy and drink healthy. You take vitamins and minerals. You drink
plenty of water. You exercise on a regular basis.
